We Need Some Details About Your Carveco Software Order

To help us find your existing Carveco account, please provide us with the details connected to your Carveco order or current subscription. You can find your order number in an email you received from Carveco related to your purchase.

You can find the order number in an email from Carveco related to your software or purchase or subscription.

What happens then?

We’ll check the details you’ve provided on our system, to make sure you’re eligable for free credits. Then we’ll add them to your CNC Clipart account. Please be aware that this is a manual process that may take up to 2 working days to complete. The credits should then appear in your account.

You can view your credit balance on the home page of your Account Dashboard (see below).

Who's entitled to Free Credits?

Pretty much anyone. As long as you’re a perpetual customer, or have an active Carveco subscription for Carveco Maker, Carveco Maker Plus or Carveco Professional.
